Talissa Camacho created Spicy Counseling Center to offer men a space where growth, honesty, and real conversations come first.
Her approach is grounded, direct, and supportive by helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, emotional disconnection, and the pressure of carrying everything alone.
Through bilingual therapy services in English and Spanish, Talissa works with men who are focused on rebuilding their lives with more clarity, discipline, confidence, and purpose.
She believes therapy is not about weakness, it’s about learning how to fully show up for yourself and the people who matter most.
Our Approach
Therapy does not always have to feel heavy, we often use humor naturally throughout sessions to help clients feel more comfortable, connected, and human in the process.
I am determined to be that person you need to heal and spice up your life. I am passionate about guiding individuals reach their full potential through a holistic and direct approach. My primary focus is to dig into generational trauma and the impact of culture to have a better understanding of your current challenges.

Intensives can help with stress, trauma, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship challenges, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected. Talissa uses a direct, supportive, and trauma-focused approach to help clients better understand themselves, process what they’ve been carrying, and move forward with more confidence and intention.

Brainspotting can help clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally triggered, anxious, or disconnected from themselves. Sessions are guided in a safe and supportive environment, allowing space for healing, emotional release, and greater self-awareness.
At Spicy Counseling Center, Brainspotting is integrated into therapy to support deeper healing, emotional regulation, and long-term growth.
